Captain Shawn Shapiro Sea Mee Sportfishing brings us the nearshore report and we talk about a recent EPIC day of Cobia fishing, landing over 25 cobia with several in the 60 pound range. The final report is an inshore report from Captain Kenny Mills with Sea Shift Sportfishing, where we get into what’s biting near the mouth of the bay, with cobia and redfish being the primary species targeted, discussing strategy for how captains can work together, communicate and catch as many bull red drum as possible! The key takeaway is that you want to be slow in your approach, pay close attention to your wake and the direction the fish are swimming, and be considerate to the other captains around you!
