Chris Blankenship

Chris Blankenship, appointed as Commissioner of the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources by Governor Kay Ivey in 2017, boasts a long-standing career within the department, beginning as a Conservation Enforcement Officer in 1994. Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy Commissioner and Director of the DCNR Marine Resources Division.
